Legal Redress Committee The members of the Legal Redress Committee met with the Island Police Chiefs and Sheriffs during their monthly meeting. There are only two public defenders doing the work of four. To be more effective, the Legal Redress Committee will be meeting with the Police Department of each town to address their communities’ concerns. Ad Hock Community on Police Relations The premise of the Ad Hoc Committee is to address the Policing issues and concerns of the communities on Martha’s Vineyard.
